Mike and Karen Leep are active South Bend community leaders and volunteers. They have provided leadership to numerous academic institutions and organizations, including Saint Joseph High School Steering Committee and the Hospice Foundation's Helping Hands Committee. Individually and together, Mike and Karen have made service and philanthropy a priority in their lives.
With more than 650 hours of service with the College Academy of Tutoring (CAT) program, Center for the Homeless, and middle and high school speech and debate teams, Miranda is a member of the CAT leadership team and an active volunteer. She not only provides service to her community, but also seeks to better understand the social issues that contribute to the needs of the populations she serves.
As an alumna and a Sister of the Holy Cross, Sister Agnes Anne has continually promoted a life of religious sensibility and social responsibility, most notably through her work on behalf of St. Margaret's House and Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center.
