AfterMath: Careers Using a Math Degree

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science will host its annual AfterMath event on Sunday, October 28 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in room 105 of Science Hall. Click for a campus map. A panel of Saint Mary's math alumnae will talk about their careers in math-related fields. Alumnae presentations will be followed by questions and answers with the audience.

Six recent graduates of the math program will talk about:

  • What their work is like

  • How they got their jobs

  • What internships are out there

  • How to choose a major, and more
