Accounting Professor on 9-9-9 Plan (WSBT-AM)

10/13/11-John Cergnul, assistant professor of accounting, was interviewed on WSBT-AM 960 last week on Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan, which would dramatically overhaul the tax code. The plan includes a nine percent corporate business flat tax, nine percent income flat tax and a nine percent national sales tax.
