The Saint Mary’s College Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative (WEI), in partnership with 1st Source Bank and Hawthorne Services, LLC, will host a seminar titled “Employee Engagement: Key to Optimum Performance” on Friday, March 15. The event will take place from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in room 145 of Spes Unica Hall at Saint Mary’s College. (Click for a campus map.) The event is free but space is limited. The speaker will be Karen M. Kehr, president of Hawthorne Services, LLC. Kehr has extensive experience coaching executives, facilitating executive level groups, and organizational consulting for both for-profit companies and industries, and non-profit groups. Kehr is a facilitator of the Saint Mary’s College Executive Forum. She has a bachelor’s degree in education from Goshen College and a master’s degree in counseling and human services from Indiana University.
