Upon receiving the news that she would be attending an all women’s institution, she did not know what to expect. With initial nervousness, she has been pleasantly surprised by the respect students showed for both her and her culture. She has enjoyed her first couple months at Saint Mary’s and said that she has been challenged both personally and academically.

Teyeb stays busy on campus as she is on the Saint Mary’s College Robotics Team, Belles for Business, and Around the World Club. She has also done service work at the South Bend Chamber of Commerce, where she plans to intern in the spring.
