Belles Hold Off Bulldogs for MIAA Win
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - For the first time in the young history of the Saint Mary's lacrosse team, the Belles won their opening conference game of the season with a 12-9 victory over Adrian on Wednesday.

“Bloom” Seminar Intended to Grow Confidence in Middle School Girls
On Sunday, July 19 Saint Mary's College will host its second annual “Bloom for Girls” one-day seminar for middle school girls and their moms or guardians. Molly Schleeter Bell, a mom of a seven-year-old daughter and a 1997 alumna of the women’s college, leads the program.

Theisen Picks Up Second MIAA Player of the Week Honor
FREELAND, Mich. - For the second time this spring, Saint Mary's lacrosse player Clare Theisen has been recognized as an MIAA Player of the Week. The Belles midfielder was named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week on Monday for games through April 3.

Sister Marianne Farina, CSC, to Offer 31st Annual Madeleva Lecture
The Saint Mary’s College Center for Spirituality is proud to announce that Sister Marianne Farina, CSC, professor of philosophy and theology at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology in Berkeley, California will offer the College’s 31st Annual Madeleva Lecture. It will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 14 in Carroll Auditorium, Madeleva Hall. The event is free and open to the public. Farina’s teaching and research interests include interfaith dialogue, the Catholic Church’s social justice teaching, and cross-cultural communications. She earned a master’s degree in pastoral theology from Santa Clara University and a PhD in theological ethics from Boston College.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Saint Mary's golf team cut 18 strokes off yesterday's round and turned in a score of 334 to finish eighth in a field of 12 teams at the Washington University in St. Louis Spring Invite.
