Chimes Publishes First Multilingual Journal
The first multilingual edition of student literary magazine Chimes arrived on campus this spring, a manifestation of the editors' belief that stories told in translation have the power to build greater community. Co-editors Danielle Cruz '25 and Julie Sims '25 discussed the creation of the new submission guidelines that made space for more diverse voices in this year's publication.

Eight Alumnae Return to Perform in Spring Dance Concert
The love of dance and their alma mater brought eight alumnae back to campus in March to choreograph a piece to perform in the dance program’s spring concert. Alison Bauer ’07, Natale Cabrera ’97, Jaden Daher ’23, Margaret Davis ’17, Caroline Kappel ’97, Elisabeth Lasecki ’21, Elyse Paul ’20, and Elizabeth Quaye ’17 joined on campus for an intensive weekend to relive their undergraduate days as dance minors in the studio and work together to choreograph and learn a piece to perform in April.

Eva Cavadini ’12 returns to Saint Mary’s College as the director of the theatre program’s production of Anne of Green Gables The Musical. Based on L.M. Montgomery's timeless classic, the production follows the misadventures of a wildly independent orphan, Anne, with fiery red hair and a temper to match.

A Summer of Dialogue and Democracy at Saint Mary’s
During the warm summer months at Saint Mary's, high school students participate in a program to help them learn to listen to others and speak up about what matters to them. The pre-college program Dialogue and Democracy helps girls think critically and interact productively with people of different views.

Off The Avenue Pays Off Startup Loan
Student-run coffee shop Off the Avenue (OTA) celebrated its first anniversary by paying off its 10-month startup loan from the College, a feat worthy of applause by business students and the entire campus community.
