Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) Board of Trustees member Kathleen Flynn Fox '74 received an honorary doctorate last weekend from her alma mater Saint Mary's College. Fox, a successful businesswoman, has dedicated more than 30 years of her life to service and advocacy on behalf of those most in need. Since 1980, she has been an avid volunteer working directly with children, promoting children’s literacy, and supporting programs that assist those in poverty. Sexual Assault Awareness Month Programming Announced In recognition of April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Belles Against Violence Office (BAVO) invites the public to participate in events intended to educate and empower young people. The Saint Mary’s College Department of Music is proud to present its 40th annual Madrigal Dinners, a Renaissance-style holiday banquet and performance celebration. The merry feast includes entertainment provided by colorfully attired singers, instrumentalists, jugglers, a jester, and a lord of the manor. To commemorate the anniversary, this year’s Madrigals will revive former program elements and introduce many fresh ones. Performances will be held November 30 through December 2.
