LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Four members of the 2012 Saint Mary's softball team earned National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete honors for their outstanding academics.
Freshman Victoria Connelly, senior Angela Gillis, senior Lauren Enayati, and senior Monica Palicki were all named NFCA Scholar-Athletes. In order to receive the recognition, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale for the entire academic year.
