A degree in gender and women’s studies supports career choices in human services, education, business, public policy, and other fields calling for social and historical awareness, critical thinking, and engagement with human diversity.

Recent graduates entered graduate school in social work, psychology, education, and religion programs. They have worked for the Peace Corps, women's advocacy groups, and women's shelters.
