Jennifer Riggs

Professional Specialist
Nursing Science
Havican 15B

My teaching goal is to deliver evidence-based nursing knowledge to students in a way that makes learning fun! I enjoy interacting with students in the lab setting where we can practice nursing skills and work through simulated case scenarios. I seek to understand how each student learns best and to develop creative and motivational teaching strategies to help each student succeed.  My emergency nursing experience has given me a broad knowledge base that allows me to be able to help students in all stages of the undergraduate nursing program.
