Commencement FAQs

What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain, the ceremony will move to Angela Athletic & Wellness Complex, and tickets will be required with limited seating.

Each graduate will be allotted five (5) tickets for an indoor ceremony.

If the decision is made to move commencement indoors, it will be announced to the campus community at 12 pm (noon) on Friday, May 18 via email, social media, and the College website.

Saint Mary’s commencement ceremony is also broadcast live on the web.

The simulcast is shown on campus in O'Laughlin Auditorium, Moreau Center for the Arts, starting at 12 pm (noon) on Saturday, May 19 for those who don't have commencement tickets but are in town to celebrate graduation.
