Saint Mary’s College General Counsel Cristal Brisco will step down after her appointment as magistrate for the St. Joseph Circuit Court. Judge John Broden announced Brisco’s appointment, effective July 16, in a press release issued earlier today
“Cristal provided outstanding leadership to Saint Mary’s,” President Jan Cervelli said. “She made significant contributions, especially in the implementation of our risk management program, and in strengthening the College’s relationship with the South Bend region. Cristal has been a dedicated and trusted colleague, and her appointment to this important position is a testament to her professional accomplishments and commitment to service.”
Saint Mary’s search for a new general counsel begins immediately.
