March 31, 2022 New Vice President for Student Enrollment and Engagement is Announced Lori Johnson ’91 will join Saint Mary's College as Vice President for Student Enrollment and Engagement. Lori comes to Saint Mary’s from Berklee College in Boston, where she has served as Associate Vice President and Dean of Student Advising and Success since 2016. March 30, 2022 From Beijing to South Bend Saint Mary’s College welcomed back alumna Kate Hartman Rosenzweig ’04 as the spring 2022 Shannon Scholar. Hartman was on campus March 28–30, participating in communications classes and meeting with students. March 25, 2022 Alumna Makes History in Los Angeles Saint Mary’s College alumna Kristin Crowley ’93 is making history as she becomes the first woman to lead the Los Angeles Fire Department. On March 25, Crowley was sworn in as fire chief in a ceremony surrounded by fellow firefighters, family, and friends.
