Institutional Research

Institutional Research encompasses a range of activities designed to collect, analyze, and interpret information about the College's students, faculty, and staff, programs and operations that can be used to support College planning and decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of the College Fact Book
  • Coordination of the College's response to state-wide and national statistical surveys and data exchanges
  • Maintenance of survey data bases including:
    • Survey of Admitted Students
    • CIRP Freshman Survey
    • HERI College Senior Survey
    • National Survey of Student Engagement
    • One and Five-Year Out Employment Survey
    • Faculty Course Evaluations
  • Serving as a College-wide resource on survey techniques and research methodologies
