    • Deadline for full consideration of applications

  2. Early October 2018:

    • Search Committee meets to shortlist candidates for further consideration

  3. Late October 2018:

    • Search Committee conducts interviews with semifinalist candidates
    • Search Committee selects finalist candidates for campus visits

  4. November 2018 (Before Thanksgiving):

    • Finalist candidates visit campus and meet with a wide range of campus constituent groups

  5. December 2018:

    • Appointment is made

  6. No later than July 1, 2019:

    • Next Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs assumes office
