Students (male and female) who attend another college are welcome to attend Saint Mary's during the summer as visiting students.

  • Send a completed Summer Visiting Student Registration Form (available on the Forms and Documents page) to the Office of the Registrar by Wednesday, May 13th to assure enrollment in the class. (Classes must have a minimum of 5 students to be offered.) Applications received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis.
  • Housing is available for female students only (See: Housing link on left).
  • Visiting students should seek approval from the registrar/academic advisor at the home institution before registering for a Saint Mary's course. Course descriptions are available in PRISM (Course Catalog).

  • A transcript, recent grade report or a letter of good standing is required from the home institution (not required for ND students).
  • Travel courses have earlier deadlines and other application procedures. Check with the program coordinator/instructor.
  • Confirmation of registration will be sent within 3 days from receipt of the registration form to the email address submitted.

Grades

  • Final grades will be available via PRISM by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday following the last class day.
