Erin Moran '15 is completing an internship at the History of Diving Museum in the Florida Keys where she is helping create a commercial for the museum, designing postcards for the gift shop, and creating an online web store. SPARK is intended to assist local under-resourced, high-potential entrepreneurs to “spark” or launch successful businesses. January 2, 2013 Student Boosts Girls' Self-esteem with "Girls' Club" (WSBT-TV) Sarah Hossfeld '15, a nursing major, started "Girls' Club" this summer at St. Margaret's House, a day center in South Bend. The girls, 8-14, did activities and participated in outings that boosted their self-esteem and challenged them to consider their futures after high school. The program was highlighted by WSBT-TV after the release of "The Status of Girls in Indiana 2013," a report compiled by Saint Mary's students and faculty about the well-being of girls in Indiana.
