"Freedom Bound" is a musical play that transports the audience to pre-Civil war America and follows a slave, Addison White, as he escapes from slavery and embarks on a journey to freedom through the Underground Railroad. That's because interest rates are so low, and the Federal Reserve announced last week, they would keep those rates low until at least 2014.
