January 1, 2012 College to Recognize Students With Service Awards The Office for Civic and Social Engagement (OCSE) is pleased to announce that six students will receive six unique service awards on Tuesday, April 10. Five of the awards are named for Sisters of the Holy Cross. The Sisters of the Holy Cross founded the College. The sixth award is named for an alumna, Patricia Arch Green ’61, who lived a life dedicated to serving others. January 1, 2012 Dance Marathon Hosts Dinner for Riley Families (The Observer) On Friday night, it is everyone’s birthday at a special dinner hosted by Saint Mary’s College Dance Marathon in honor of the children and families of Riley Hospital for Children. The Dance Marathon raises funds throughout the year to help the hospital in efforts to save the lives of children. The fundraising will culminate with the Dance Marathon on March 23, 2013.
