The Student Financial Services team is dedicated to supporting students and families throughout their educational journey by managing Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and select areas of Student Employment. Our staff works collaboratively to provide clear guidance, reliable information, and personalized support. With a shared commitment to service and student success, we strive to make navigating educational finances approachable, transparent, and as stress-free as possible.

Jenna is dedicated to expanding access to education and helping students and families navigate the complexities of the financial side of their academic journey. She is a 2016 alum who enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, two labs, and Le Bun James (the family rabbit), especially if it involves traveling somewhere warm and sunny.

In her time away from Saint Mary's, she enjoys thrifting and antiquing, working on her home, gardening, cooking, baking, crafting, crocheting...all activities that involve creating something.
