Most students choose the Religious Studies major because it is fascinating and rewarding, inviting them to explore the big questions about life, death, love, sin, freedom, grace, peace, justice, God, and the human community. The major prepares student for post graduate work, service, or careers.

Our religious studies graduates are authors, directors of youth ministry, a substance abuse counselor, and teachers at companies and institutions like Good Samaritan Hospital (Dayton), Saint Mary's College, SkillStorm, and United Way.

Religious studies majors have pursued advanced degrees at Emory University, Harvard University, the University of Portland, and Yale University.
