The students hope the app, available for $0.99 on iTunes will help women with their resolutions for 2013. Professor on President's News Conference (Wisconsin Public Radio)
President Obama answered questions on Wednesday in his first formal news conference in eight months and his first since his re-election. The president flatly rejected any budget deal that did not raise tax rates on income above $250,000 a year, even if it meant driving the economy into a recession. Wisconsin Public Radio host Ben Merens interviewed political science professor Sean Savage about the news conference and what may play out in the next few weeks.

With a grant from the State Department, Saint Mary's College, in Notre Dame, Ind., played host to the participants, who stayed in dormitories with Saint Mary’s students. This is a web companion piece to the print piece that was published August 17, 2012.
