SMC to ND Master of Nonprofit Administration 4+1
Saint Mary’s College and the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business have partnered to offer accelerated Bachelors-to-Masters programs. The University of Notre Dame will admit students who meet the outlined criteria and remain in good academic and behavioral standing. All Mendoza Specialized Master's Programs are completed in one academic year.
How it Works
Saint Mary’s undergraduate students may pursue a five-year pathway to complete a bachelor’s degree in any field at the College (other than Business Administration) and a Master of Nonprofit Administration at Notre Dame.
Students from Saint Mary’s are accepted into ND’s Master of Nonprofit Administration program during the early application period (typically September) of each academic year for an anticipated August start date.
To be admitted, students must satisfy all of the following criteria:
complete a bachelor’s degree at the College by the month of August, preceding the program’s August start date that same month
complete one of the following:
Minor in justice studies
Minor in social work
Major in social work
achieve an overall minimum GPA of 3.5
pay the deposit for admitted students to Notre Dame 30 days after formal notification of admission
