Administrative Assistant/Part-time - Social Work & Gerontology:  Saint Mary’s College seeks a part-time (20 hours/week), academic year (10 month) Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and secretarial services to members of the Department of Social Work & Gerontology. This schedule does require coming in ½ a day during the summer.  Qualifications include high school graduation or equivalent, the ability to accurately type 60 wpm and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software.  


Executive Administrative Assistant - Student Affairs:  Saint Mary’s College seeks a full-time assistant to perform complex support staff duties which require a high degree of decision-making and independence of action for the Vice President of Student Affairs and the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs.  Qualifications include high school graduate or equivalent; some college.  A minimum of 6 years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience and the ability to accurately type at least 60 wpm with the ability to use Excel, Power Point and create and maintain webpages is required.  Confidentiality is held in highest regard.  


Heavy Building Attendant:  Saint Mary’s College seeks full-time heavy building attendants in the Building Services Department on night team. Work hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.  Qualifications include high school graduation or equivalent and a minimum of one year of custodial work experience.  Must be physically able to climb ladders, lift and move heavy objects and furniture (50-70 lbs.) and ability to operate cleaning equipment. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed is important. Must be able to work alternate Saturday & Sunday's.  


Staff Assistant - Department of Chemistry and Physics (Part-time):  Saint Mary's College seeks a part-time (24 hours/week); academic year Staff Assistant to provide clerical and secretarial support to members of the Department of Chemistry and Physics.  Qualifications include high school graduation or equivalent, a minimum of three years of secretarial experience, excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software and online applications.  


Staff Assistant - President's Office:  Saint Mary’s College seeks a full-time Staff Assistant for the President’s Office.  The qualified candidate will greet visitors, perform a variety of clerical tasks including typing and the receiving and routing of visitors and telephone calls.  Qualifications include high school graduation or equivalent, 2 years of prior secretarial experience and the ability to type 60 wpm.
