Accounts Payable Clerk: Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible to review and prioritize invoices, process check requests and audit/process credit card bills. Qualifications include 2 year college degree or equivalent experience. Must have understanding of basic bookkeeping; prefer prior experience with accounts payable.
Electrician: Saint Mary’s College seeks an Electrician to perform skilled work in the installation, repair and maintenance of all electrical and electronic systems, apparatus, fixtures, motors, motor controls, instruments, wiring, fire and access systems belonging to the College. Qualifications include graduation from high school or equivalent, detailed knowledge on fire alarm systems and electronic card access systems.
Groundskeeper: Saint Mary’s College seeks a full-time groundskeeper to maintain and repair campus grounds and facilities such as lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, roads, sidewalks and parking lots. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. plus some weekend work as needed. May also be required to work overtime. Qualifications include high school graduation or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience; preferably with the installation and maintenance of flower beds. Possession of a valid driver’s license and working knowledge of tools, equipment, and methods used in grounds maintenance and the ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
Human Resources Specialist: The Human Resources Specialist will provide assistance in support of the Human Resource functions for Saint Mary’s College. Primary responsibilities include coordination and administration of several benefit programs including the pension plan, leave programs, worker’s compensation and unemployment. Assist with recruiting program, new hire processing, coordination of new hire orientation program, and various training and development initiatives. In collaboration with HR team, work on key projects in the areas of compensation and performance management. Responsible for handling employment inquiries and escalating concerns to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred; 3+ years prior Human Resources experience necessary. Commensurate experience may be considered along with an Associate’s degree. Prior HRIS experience is critical (Ellucian Banner experience a definite plus). Successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, experience presenting to diverse audiences, and understanding of benefit plans and applicable legislative requirements.
Staff Assistant-Communicative Studies, Dance & Theatre: Saint Mary’s College seeks a full-time, academic year Staff Assistant to provide clerical and secretarial services to members of the Department of Communication Studies, Dance, & Theatre.
