Michelle is the embodiment of a Saint Mary's woman - strong, nurturing, faithful and faith-filled, charismatic, curious, forward-thinking and reflective, and caring.  When I think of Saint Mary's, I think of Michelle.

In my eyes, to be a truly accomplished alumna means to live the Saint Mary's spirit, and Michelle does that in what seems to be a truly effortless manner.

With her two young sons, she works to teach them about women's issues in a way that is accessible to them and will only grow as they do. With her friends, she is the first to offer a prayer...and a shoulder...in a time of a need. With her work, she helps to ensure the integrity of research is upheld.

In sum, she walks the walk and talks the talk of a Saint Mary's woman and does so in a quiet manner. Simply, this is just who she is, and we're all better because we know her.
