Saint Mary’s has approximately 150 affiliation agreements in the Speech Language Pathology graduate degree program alone! Clubs and Organizations

As a graduate student at Saint Mary’s, you have access to a broad range of opportunities to find a community of like-minded peers and take advantage of all that our campus community has to offer. We have over 510 clubs and organizations between Saint Mary’s and Notre Dame that are available to you.

From the American Sign Language Club and SnowBelles Ski Club to the Yoga Club and the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science, there’s something for everyone at Saint Mary’s. Opportunities to participate in theater and music ensembles are also available.

If you’re interested in gaining leadership experience, the Graduate Student Association (GSA) is a great option to supplement your graduate studies. The GSA was formed to provide a voice for the graduate student population here on Saint Mary’s College campus. With a growing number of graduate programs offered, the GSA provides representation for all incoming and current students.

Physical Health

One of the keys to success, both in your graduate studies program and as a professional, is caring for your physical health and staying active. Graduate degree students have full access to the Angela Athletic & Wellness Complex fitness center and all physical education activities at no charge. Some of the features you can enjoy include:

Athletics

Show your Saint Mary’s pride by actively participating in or supporting our diverse range of athletic teams and club sports on campus. Throughout your graduate studies program, you’ll receive free access to all regular-season varsity athletic events.

Our student-athletes represent Saint Mary’s in eight NCAA Division III sports as part of the MIAA conference, competing in soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, softball, tennis, golf, basketball, and cross country.

For those seeking more opportunities, we offer various club and intramural sports, providing a chance to stay physically active while fostering a sense of community through friendly competitions.

Additionally, Saint Mary’s graduate students are eligible to purchase season tickets for Notre Dame football. Your student ID also grants you free general admission to most other Notre Dame sporting events.
