Belles Thwarted by Hornets
NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Maddie Kohler hit a three-pointer with nine seconds left in the game to pull the Belles within a point of Kalamazoo. The Hornets, however, made 16 of their 18 free throws of the game in the second half alone to pull past Saint Mary's by a 71-66 final in MIAA basketball action on Saturday.
