HOLLAND, Mich. - The Saint Mary's basketball team ended on the short side of a 93-60 final against Saint Vincent (Pa.) in the consolation game of the Hope Post Exam Jam on Saturday afternoon.

Dynamic Class of 2018 Moves in Thurs., 8/21
Thursday, August 21, is Move In Day at Saint Mary’s College. The Class of 2018 at Saint Mary’s College boasts 381 young women. The class is diverse, with 18 percent from historically underrepresented groups. The class represents 30 states and four countries, including China, Colombia, Chile and Ukraine. Two students have dual citizenships (U.S. and France or El Salvador).

2024 Outstanding Senior Honored at Alumnae-Senior Champagne Brunch
Saint Mary’s College is proud to announce the recipient of this year’s Outstanding Senior Award is Malea Schulte, a studio art major with a math minor. The native of Norway, Iowa received the award today at the Alumnae-Senior Champagne Brunch.

Diverse Students’ Leadership Conference Hosted by Students
The 9th Annual Student’s Diverse Students' Leadership Conference (DSLC), hosted by the Saint Mary’s College Student Diversity Board (SDB), will be held on Tuesday, March 25 and Wednesday, March 26 in Madeleva Hall and the Student Center. The SDB aims to inspire participants to become catalysts for change in their communities.

Sisters, Students Share Faith and Build Friendships in Course Assignme...
Marne Austin, PhD, shares how much her Intro to Communication students grew – personally, academically and spiritually – through their relationships with Sisters of the Holy Cross during the fall semester. About 40 students were paired with sisters as part of a class assignment that focused on communication skills, relationship building and faith sharing.

Halloween Magic Show to Prove Hypothesis that Science is Anything But ...
It’s no trick. Science is a treat! Students in the chemistry club at Saint Mary’s are prepared to prove this hypothesis at the second annual Halloween Chemistry Magic Show. Grade and middle school-aged kids and their parents/guardians are encouraged to attend. The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29 in Rice Commons of the Student Center.
