Move In Day Details
Move In Day is Thursday, August 21, 2014 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The Saint Mary's College community is so excited to have our new first-year students join us. We'll have staff to greet and direct new students and their families as they arrive on campus. We'll also be happy to unload cars at each residence hall.

ROYAL OAK, Mich. - For the second consecutive year, Saint Mary's guard Shanlynn Bias was named to the All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Second Team as announced by the conference office this afternoon.

December 2, 2014 (Notre Dame, Ind.) – The Saint Mary’s College Department of Athletics has joined Team IMPACT and has been partnered with a ten-year-old girl from New Carlisle, Indiana in a unique program which spans the country.

Bone Marrow Drive by SMC Stands Up To Cancer
The Saint Mary’s student club SMC Stands up to Cancer will stand up to the disease with a bone marrow registration drive on Friday, November 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Reignbeaux Lounge of Le Mans Hall. Registrants must be between the ages of 18 and 44 to participate. It’s completely painless to sign up, requiring just a swab of the inside of the cheek to get a sample of cells.

Health/Wellness Panel for Local Businesswomen Planned
The Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative (WEI) at Saint Mary’s College and KeyBank’s Key4Women® will host a free spring health and wellness panel discussion and networking event for local businesswomen on Friday, March 14. The event will take place from 8-9:30 a.m. in room 140 of Spes Unica Hall on the Saint Mary’s College campus. Please see below for registration information.

College Celebrates Martin Luther King's Legacy (The Observer)
The enduring legacy of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr., is celebrated this week at Saint Mary's College with a series of events. Student Laura Early, president of the Sisters of Nefertiti,helped organize the week. She told the student newspaper, "In his ‘I Have a Dream’ speech he [King] said, ‘I have a dream that one day little black girls will be holding hands with little white girls.’ And that really signifies what Saint Mary’s does here: We’re here as a family, we don’t see skin deep."

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Saint Mary's golf team shot a 344 to finish with a two-day score of 694 and third place at the 2014 Olivet Labor Day Tee-Off Tournament.

Chorale Concerts on Campus and NYC to Celebrate Women’s Voices
The Saint Mary’s College Department of Music will celebrate women’s voices this month with two events, one in the prestigious Lincoln Center in New York City over the Thanksgiving weekend and one on campus next week.
