175 LogoContinue the celebration of the 175th anniversary of Saint Mary’s College on Sunday, September 22, 2019, by joining us for Discover Saint Mary's: A Walk in Time.

Experience the history and heritage of our College and the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross as we have all grown together over the past 175 years. Visit and reflect in the Chapel of Loretto – the first permanent chapel on campus which was blessed by Father Edward Sorin, CSC. Walk the grounds and learn about Sister M. Madeleva Wolff, CSC and her aesthetic vision for our beautiful campus. Reflect on what is at the heart of this community as you are commissioned as pilgrims. See how those who have journeyed through the past have had a part in building and honoring our tradition as we move forward to pioneering change in the years ahead.

After we journey through campus and reflect on our unique heritage, you're invited to share a meal with our community during the annual Moreau Dinner.

Everything you need to know before you arrive

Check-in begins at 12:15 p.m. in O'Laughlin Auditorium, where you'll receive your pilgrimage map and Moreau Dinner meal ticket for those who have pre-paid.

At 1 p.m. we'll come together in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto for an opening service, where you'll be commissioned as pilgrims. Please note the opening service has been moved from Le Mans Circle Green due to uncertain weather conditions.

You're invited to stop at the sites of interest to you at your own leisure. Exclusive pilgrimage sites are scattered throughout campus, both indoors and outdoors. Because this event is rain or shine, be sure to bring an umbrella.

The Moreau Dinner will be served between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Noble Family Dining Hall for those who have made reservations. Meal tickets can be purchased on-site for those who have not made reservations.
