Welcome to the Office of the Registrar

The links to the left contain information most appropriate for students, faculty, parents and alumnae.  Send any questions to the registrar at the contact information below.

Every student (including those studying abroad) must confirm attendance at SMC during the first week of the semester.  Please take two minutes to log into PRISM, select the Student tab, and click ENROLL HERE. Follow the steps to: 1) declare your enrollment status (full-time or part-time); 2) review your dependency status; 3) review any holds on your account; and 4) update your address and contact information.

You can ENROLL beginning 12 am on Sunday, August 25th through 12 am on Monday, September 2nd.

You will be allowed to drop/add classes in PRISM after you complete the ENROLL HERE process. You will NOT need an Alternate PIN. The last day to ADD or DROP a course in PRISM is September 1st. The last day to DROP a course with instructor permission is September 27th.

The last day to declare a course to be taken as an AUDIT is September 6th.  The last day to declare a course PASS/FAIL is also September 6th.  Forms are available in the Registrar's Office (161 Le Mans Hall).

Many classroom assignments have been changed over the break.  Please log into PRISM, click on the Student tab, click on Registration, and then select CONCISE STUDENT SCHEDULE to verify the location of your classes.
